Dr. Brigid Trenerry is a Research Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities. She is currently working on a large research project aimed at tackling workplace digital disruption and digital transformation in Singapore. Funded by the Social Science Research Council, the project aims to understand how organisations can best respond to technological change in the workplace, including bolstering employee and organisational resilience to disruption from new technologies.

Her research focuses on organisation/workplace studies and draws from multiple disciplines, including sociology, political science and management studies. Her current research interests include workplace digital disruption, digital transformation, workplace diversity and discrimination. She is particularly interested in intervention research and studying innovative responses to contemporary workplace and societal issues.

She is experienced in conducting mixed-methods research, working across multiple disciplines and in applied policy and industry contexts. For her doctoral research, she was part of the evaluation team for a large-scale workplace diversity and anti-racism intervention conducted within local government in Australia.
